Charts & rewards

My goal chart

As parents, we want the best for our children. Many of us have used food, such as lollies, sweet foods or chocolates, to comfort our children if they are hurt or upset, or even to acknowledge or reward good behaviour. Celebrating occasionally with a treat is okay, but it is important we also reward our kids in other ways.

The best reward we can give our children is our time and attention. Rewards that promote health and wellbeing are best, and can contribute to establishing healthy habits while children are young, which will likely last into the years to come.

Setting rewards

Setting rewards keeps them motivated and gives them something to aim for. We’ve got a whole bunch of ideas to get you started but you know your kids better than we do. Make sure whatever you pick as a reward that it’s something that they are interested in.

Augmented reality colouring in sheets

This reward is all about creativity and fun. Colouring-in just got a whole lot more exciting with augmented reality giving kids an extraordinary interactive experience.

Our masks are the perfect colouring-in reward and enable your kids to bring their creations to life with a smart device. They’ll have endless fun on the farm in a funny sheep hat, exploring underwater or visiting the native forest as a kea.
