Trentham Memorial Park, Upper Hutt
The playground at this large park was upgraded at the end of 2016 and is well worth a visit.
Features include two large forts, a 4.5 metre-high mega swing and double-basket swing. There are also slides to suit all ages and plenty of climbing structures.
Trentham Memorial Park backs onto the Hutt River Trail, popular for walking and cycling.
