Challenge yourself or a friend to learn how to juggle.

You will need three small ballls or bean bags of similar size and weight.

How to play:

  1. Toss a ball from one hand to the other. Keep your eyes looking straight ahead.
  2. Next try with two balls. One in each hand. Throw one ball just before the other so they cross in the air and swap hands.
  3. If you have mastered two balls try adding a third. Put two balls in one hand and throw from this hand first. The balls will be moving in a sideways figure eight pattern. Don’t worry if you don’t get it at first, it’ll take a bit of practice.
