- half a seedless watermelon
- iceblock sticks
- 1. Remove the skin from the watermelon using a sharp knife. Make sure you remove all the white rind too.
- 2. Slice the watermelon into triangles that are about two centimetres thick.
- 3. Lay the watermelon out on baking paper (or a tray), and insert an iceblock into the base of each slice.
- 4. Freeze for at least two hours. If you can't wait that long, the iceblocks might not be frozen through (but they'll still taste good!).
