- 1 cake unflavored noodles (egg or rice noodles)
- 1/3 cup frozen vegetables
- 1 tablespoon low-salt soy or hoisin sauce
- chilli sauce (to your taste)
- 1. Cook the noodle cake as per packet instructions and drain well.
- 2. Cook frozen vegetables as per packet instructions and drain well.
- 3. Mix noodles and vegetables together in a serving bowl.
- 4. Mix soy or hoisin sauce through noodles.
- 5. Add chilli sauce to taste.
