Quick and easy noodles

Ready in 10 minutes this noodle recipe is great for a quick lunch or after school meal.
  • 1 cake unflavored noodles (egg or rice noodles)
  • 1/3 cup frozen vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon low-salt soy or hoisin sauce
  • chilli sauce (to your taste)
  1. 1. Cook the noodle cake as per packet instructions and drain well.
  2. 2. Cook frozen vegetables as per packet instructions and drain well.
  3. 3. Mix noodles and vegetables together in a serving bowl.
  4. 4. Mix soy or hoisin sauce through noodles.
  5. 5. Add chilli sauce to taste.
- Try adding sliced green onion, bean sprouts, grated carrot and grated courgette. - Try adding a sliced boiled egg, canned tuna or salmon.
