Puha smoothie

Try this filling smoothie as a quick breakfast or on-the-go snack. This recipe is available in English and Te Reo Māori.

10 meneti ki te whakarite, hei kai mā te 2 tāngata

Ingredients
  • 3 small puha plants (3 tipu pūhā iti)
  • 250mls unsweetened almond milk (250 miririta miraka aramona)
  • 1 banana (1 panana)
  • 1 cup frozen berries (1 kapu hua whakamātao)
  • 2 tablespoons natural yogurt (2P miraka tepe māori)
Method
  1. 1. Place all ingredients into a blender (Whakaurua ngā kai katoa ki tētahi mīhini whakaranu).
  2. 2. Mix together until all ingredients are blended together. Serve. (Whakaranua te katoa kia ranu rānō te katoa. Horahia).
