- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup hot milk
- 1 can fruit (fruit salad, pears, peaches or apple)
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1. Mix together the rolled oats and hot milk in a large bowl.
- 2. Cool, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
- 3. In the morning, chop the fruit into bite-sized pieces. Mix into the porridge with the yoghurt.
- 4. Eat and enjoy!
