- - 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- - 2 tablespoons oil
- - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- - Juice of 1 lemon
- 1. Place chickpeas, garlic, oil, pepper and lemon juice in a food processor or blender and whizz until smooth.
- 2. Refrigerate the dip until ready to serve.
- 3. Serve with vegetable sticks or oven baked tortilla chips.
