Cool off this summer with a tasty home made ice block. You can make ice blocks with all your favorite fruity flavors.
Ingredients
Try one of these delicious fruity ice blocks:
__Mango:__
500grams low-fat yogurt
1 can mango, drained (or 1 fresh mango, chopped)
__Strawberry and banana:__
500grams low-fat yogurt
1 punnet of strawberries, washed and tops removed
1 banana, mashed
__Watermelon:__
500grams low-fat yogurt
2 cups chopped watermelon
sprig of mint
Method
1. Blend together all ingredients until smooth.
2. Poor into ice block moulds and freeze.
Notes
- If you don’t have a blender or a stick blender mash and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Each recipe makes approximately 6 ice blocks depending on the size of your moulds.
