- - pinch of salt and pepper
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the bread roll on an oven tray.
- 2. Cut the top off the bread roll and scoop out some of the bread inside with a spoon.
- 3. Carefully crack the egg into the middle of the bread roll.
- 4. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and bake for 15 minutes.
- 5. Take out of the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
