- 2 sticks celery
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 4 tablespoons rice bubbles
- 1. Cut celery into pieces about 5cm long.
- 2. Fill the groove with cottage cheese or peanut butter (about 1 tablespoon per piece of celery).
- 3. Press in a few raisins and cover with rice bubbles.
