- 4 bananas
- 1. Heat a barbecue grill to a medium heat.
- 2. Add bananas to the grill and cook, turning, for 5 minutes or until bananas are lightly blackened and soft.
- 3. Cut bananas in half.
- 4. Serve warm with skins on and a sprinkle of cinnamon, spoonful of yoghurt or drizzle of runny honey.
