Six easy ways to eat more fruit

  1. Stir grated apple or mashed banana into porridge.
  2. Put chopped fresh or tinned fruit on top of breakfast cereal.
  3. Make fruit kebabs by chopping fresh fruit into cubes and putting onto skewers. Kids love helping to make (and eat) these!
  4. Make smoothies with banana and your favourite fruit.
  5. Cut up lots of different fruit to make fruit salad or a colourful fruit platter for dessert.
  6. Bake apples, pears or bananas for dessert or to eat with breakfast.
